NextGreen processes your personal data by using our services and / or because you provided them to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. NextGreen processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our news update
  • NextGreen also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Automated decision making

NextGreen does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without any human being in between.

How long do we retain personal data

NextGreen stores your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected or required by law.

  • Personnel data will be stored for a maximum of 2 years. Excluded from this are payroll tax statements and identity documents. These are kept for 5 years.
  • Application data will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application procedure. An exception to this is if permission is requested to keep the data for a longer period of time for a possible suitable position at a later date. In this case the data will be stored for a maximum of 1 year.
  • Salary agreements, employment conditions and data linked to the accounts receivable and accounts payable will be kept for 7 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

NextGreen does not sell your information to third parties and provides them only if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. NextGreen remains responsible for these processing operations.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
