NextGreen processes your personal data by using our services and / or because you provided them to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

- A unique ID that is used to generate statistical data about how you as a visitor use our website (cookie).
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@nextgreen.nl and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
NextGreen processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services
- Inform you about changes to our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Handling your payment
- Handling our payment
- Sending our news update
- NextGreen also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
This is based on the principles ‘Execution of the agreement’ and ‘Consent’.
Automated decision making
NextGreen does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without any human being in between.
How long do we retain personal data
NextGreen stores your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected or required by law.
- Personnel data will be stored for a maximum of 2 years. Excluded from this are payroll tax statements and identity documents. These are kept for 5 years.
- Application data will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application procedure. An exception to this is if permission is requested to keep the data for a longer period of time for a possible suitable position at a later date. In this case the data will be stored for a maximum of 1 year.
- Salary agreements, employment conditions and data linked to the accounts receivable and accounts payable will be kept for 7 years.
Sharing personal data with third parties
NextGreen does not sell your information to third parties and provides them only if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. NextGreen remains responsible for these processing operations.

NextGreen uses cookies on its website. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent with pages of this website [and/or Flash applications] and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer. The information stored in it can be sent back to our servers the next time you visit us.
With the help of a session cookie we can see which parts of the website you have viewed with this visit. We can therefore adapt our service as much as possible to the surfing behavior of our visitors. These cookies are automatically deleted as soon as you close the web browser.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by NextGreen and you have the right to data transfer. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data treatying of your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@nextgreen.nl.
To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
