On October 14, 2021, the Green Circle "Green Healthy City" was launched, with a mission to radically green the cities of South Holland. NextGreen organized a working session on the financial instruments that can be used to achieve this.

In 2021, the Finance & Biodiversity Community focused on "Engagement with companies" as the central theme for sharing practical experiences and joint learning. Participants exchanged experiences about engaging with companies on biodiversity.
Lunch talk on finance and climate adaptation
On September 13, 2021, the first online lunch talk on climate adaptation took place with financial institutions and government agencies. All speakers advocated for the need for public-private partnerships to make the Netherlands climate-proof.
