Anne-Marie has been active in the field of sustainable design and chain collaboration since 1990, first as a consultant and later with the national government. She has 30 years of knowledge of sustainable entrepreneurship and 25 years of experience in facilitating joint strategic processes. Anne-Marie works on projects with companies, financial institutions, governments, and NGOs.

Creative thinking, future-oriented, learning together

Irene has 15 years of experience as a sustainability consultant at the intersection of nature and economics. She previously worked as a project leader and facilitator of sustainable transitions and green area development.
With her multidisciplinary experience at financial institutions, companies, and the government, she supports innovative coalitions. Her background as a biologist and communication scientist comes in handy here.

Hermen facilitates sustainable transitions with frontrunners. He supports cooperation and involvement in process management. With a background in philosophy and environmental sciences, he enjoys contributing to support for sustainable transitions. He also has a small-scale multifunctional care farm and knowledge and experience with reflexive monitoring.

Alessa recently graduated with a degree in urban planning and specializes in climate adaptation in public spaces. Drawing on this background, she has recently joined the team as a project assistant. She also has years of experience maintaining the website, and her attention to detail proved invaluable during the launch of the new site.

Richelle ensures that all administrative and project support processes run smoothly at NextGreen. With more than 15 years of experience in office support, facilities management, and events, she is a connecting link.
She is passionate about improvement to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Structured, determined, honest, and curious

Bouke has worked in the financial sector since 1998 and has been an independent expert in climate finance since 2025. He has national and European experience with regulations and policies for the sustainability of the financial sector and public-private partnerships for the transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient economy.
Bouke collaborates with NextGreen on projects in the field of climate resilience and sustainability.

Strategic, diplomatic, and persistent

Jaco previously worked in the financial sector, particularly in banking. In 2016, he launched a sustainable crowdfunding platform with the goal of financing sustainable investments and new initiatives.
Jaco supports NextGreen on a freelance basis with the development and offering of financial instruments for climate adaptation for both the public and private sectors.
Analytical, communicative, integrous, curious

Danielle is a physical geographer and soil scientist, and an expert in nature-inclusive agriculture. After holding various positions at IUCN NL, Stichting Natuur & Milieu, and Commonland, she founded Stichting Wij.land in 2018, which supports farmers in transitioning to nature-inclusive agriculture. In recent years, she has been involved in initiatives that contribute to the economic prospects for sustainable agriculture and nature restoration. At NextGreen, she also enjoys bridging the gap between practical applications, the (financial) sector, and supply chain partners.
