We connect

NextGreen brings together frontrunners, pioneers, and stakeholders. Together, we search for the right mix of partners to achieve the goals. Make use of NextGreen's extensive network of frontrunners in sustainable business, the financial sector, government, NGOs, and knowledge institutions to explore the feasibility of the collaboration you are seeking.

We help partners translate their ambitions into building blocks for a joint strategy, resulting in a clear and concrete plan of action. Depending on the complexity of a task, this process, from request to plan, takes around three to six months.

What we use in this step

After initial contact and based on your needs, we will hold several meetings with stakeholders within your organization to refine the ambition and clarify the request for exploration.

Result: A more refined ambition and clear scope.

Depending on the ambition, we conduct approximately 10 to 20 interviews with potential partners. Based on a proposal by NextGreen, we jointly determine the questions to be asked and the stakeholders to to involve. NextGreen can draw on its extensive network for this. Part of the questions may concern whether partners are willing to co-finance the collaboration.

Result: Concise reports per meeting and analysis of the results as needed, such as support for the ambition, shared interests, common themes, promising process steps, and the feasibility of commitment and financing.

After brief exploratory discussions with stakeholders, we organize exploratory working sessions. These may focus on key areas of the ambition or, if relevant, on specific subsectors. These working sessions typically involve between 4 and 20 participants, allowing potential partners to get to know each other and for support and ownership to become more established.

Result: Concise reports per work session as needed and an analysis of the results. Insight into themes, steps to be taken, and support.

A working conference can be used to explore opportunities for collaboration. We organize this with a core group consisting of the client and around three to five stakeholders involved in the sustainable transition. During the working conference, a plenary kick-off session sets the stage, followed by breakout sessions in which themes and possible next steps are explored further. Ideally, each breakout session is prepared with two or three leaders for that specific theme.

A working conference can also be used at the end of a joint project to gain insight with partners into promising next steps with commitment.

Result: Report with themes and promising follow-up actions, including insight into interests and potential ownership for next steps.
