NextGreen brings together frontrunners, pioneers, and stakeholders. Together, we seek the right mix of partners to achieve our goals. We facilitate partners in translating their ambitions into building blocks for a joint strategy, thereby arriving at a clear and concrete plan of action.
Facilitate
NextGreen facilitates the collaboration process for implementing a joint strategy. We organize working groups, communities, and/or a series of working sessions. Together with clients and partners, we develop new tools and provide insight into innovations through informative publications.
Scale up
The innovative practices of pioneers reveal opportunities, while also highlighting areas of friction with the current social system. Consider, for example, procurement processes, tax systems, labels, or information provision. NextGreen helps to explore and highlight the opportunities and bottlenecks in practice. NextGreen then helps to pave the way for social innovation and remove obstacles.
