We facilitate

NextGreen facilitates the collaboration process for implementing a joint strategy. We organize working groups, communities, and/or a series of working sessions. We combine setting the agenda together, working methods that work, and structured reporting with strategic insight into what is needed in the transition phase.

Together with the client and partners, we are working on new instruments such as financial and policy innovation and public-private partnerships. We provide insight into innovations by working with users to produce informative publications about steps, measurement methods, and the integral coherence of sustainability themes.

What we use for this:

Innovation always takes place within a broader context. That context will also have to evolve if a real transition is to take place. NextGreen facilitates dialogue with stakeholders within that context. We do this by first identifying bottlenecks and opportunities related to a green ambition. We then organize discussions with the relevant stakeholders and identify promising routes and actions for achieving a breakthrough. This can take the form of working groups, (working) conferences, excursions, and other forms of collaborative learning.

Through innovation sessions, NextGreen demonstrates that it is possible: creating value with and for society, and thereby also value for your company. Using concepts such as the blue economy and cradle to cradle, sustainable innovation strategies, and creative thinking techniques, NextGreen helps you discover new ways for products and processes, focused on win-win-win outcomes.

NextGreen facilitates the development of new value-creation coalitions to unlock multiple benefits. We provide tailored advice or organize multi-stakeholder workshops focused on social benefit and collectively "growing the business pie." The starting point is a sustainable innovation, such as an ecosystem-strengthening green roof or a circular value chain.

With Green Deals, the government aims to accelerate green transitions in collaboration with market parties. NextGreen offers process management for various phases of a Green Deal: formulating a shared goal, drawing up an action plan, registering the Green Deal, providing process support during implementation and, if desired, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation. A Green Deal lasts an average of three years. Process management for City Deals, Health Deals, and Innovation Deals is also possible, provided that a sustainable ambition is part of it.

A CoP means: working together, based on a shared sustainable ambition and the occassionally challenging realities of everyday practice, to find new insights and concrete activities. NextGreen facilitates this process with an average of ten meetings and, if desired, compiles the results for publication.
