- Organize workshops, working group meetings, and webinars, and ensure that minutes are taken to facilitate co-creation and knowledge sharing within our partnerships, initially focusing primarily on the European Finance & Biodiversity Community.
- Publishing materials to share the collective knowledge from our partnerships more widely.
- At NextGreen, I assist with communication, project management, community management, and other tasks that a growing company faces.

What are you going to do?
NextGreen consists of founder and senior process facilitator Anne-Marie Bor and four enthusiastic colleagues. We are primarily sought out for our expertise in climate adaptation, nature-inclusive development, and biodiversity. We work for and with organizations that recognize they cannot solve these complex issues on their own. Partnerships are the answer, and we establish these partnerships and guide them toward achieving results.
Our extensive network and our expert process skills are our greatest assets. The network spans from local governments to the European Commission. We also maintain contact with more than 100 financial institutions worldwide. We have gained practical knowledge and experience by assisting municipalities with local projects, but we are also involved in the development of legislation at the European level.
Is NextGreen the right employer for you?
NextGreen has been in business for over 10 years and has proven itself in the sustainability market. We are passionate about working to protect nature and biodiversity. We openly discuss our ideas, projects, and concerns with one another and have created a supportive environment where we help each other grow. We usually work together one day a week at our office in Heiloo, though more frequent meetings are also possible. Otherwise, we work from home or one of the Regus offices. Our office is a half-hour train ride from Amsterdam Central Station and a 10-minute walk from Heiloo Station. We operate out of the nearly 100-year-old Willibrordus building on a beautiful estate, alongside about 100 other entrepreneurs.
