Does your business park want to be prepared for the future, but you’re not sure how to finance it? With the NextGreen Financing Plan, you can make the most of innovative opportunities for financing climate adaptation and greening initiatives. In two informative and dynamic workshops, we’ll work with all stakeholders to define shared ambitions and goals for making your business park future-proof. We’ll then collaborate to develop a concrete financing plan that includes promising national and local funding sources, along with an implementation strategy. We also offer an add-on service providing hands-on support to help bring the plan to life.

The Groenstart voucher is offered as a grant by “Landscapes of the Future,” an innovation and knowledge program whose mission is to prepare 1,000 business parks in the Netherlands for the future within nine years. NextGreen is a partner in this ambitious coalition.

Want to request a Groenstart voucher? 

Representatives of municipalities and business parks can apply for a Groenstart voucher in four provinces: Gelderland, North Brabant, Utrecht, and South Holland. The terms of the grant vary by province: amounts ranging from €10,000 to €100,000 are available, with 50% to 100% of the costs covered. In North Brabant, a maximum of 15 vouchers are available, and the subsidy runs until October 15, 2026. So act fast.
