The online Climate Adaptation Financing Toolbox from the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency has been updated. The toolbox shows how you can finance climate adaptation. New forms of financing have been added with the update.

With this toolbox, the Ministry of the Interior and RVO aim to compile and make accessible available information about the financing of climate adaptation. With this update, the forms of financing and coupling opportunities have been expanded to more than 40 different financing options. What is the toolbox?

The toolbox contains information about costs, benefits, financing options, and opportunities for synergies for professionals in the public and private sectors.

The aim is to inspire a broad group of professionals within government agencies, financial institutions, housing associations, building investors, and project developers to finance climate adaptation in innovative ways. Concrete instructions, tips, and examples are provided for each form of financing.
