Context

This report describes the benefits that the Cradle to Cradle Learning Community has delivered. Seventeen companies, leaders and pioneers in the field of C2C, have come together over the past year and a half to learn how C2C can be put into practice.

Approach and activities

The Learning Community met ten times. Each session was held at, for, and by the companies involved, with their learning questions taking center stage. Sharing their insights on the themes covered in this brochure formed the essence of the Learning Community. These themes were very diverse, ranging from marketing to internal support and from sustainable procurement to organizational change. All these topics are part of the sustainable innovation that C2C brings with it. An important conclusion of the Learning Community is that C2C pays off in every respect. C2C is good for profits, people, and the environment.
