NextGreen provides process management for multi-year transition projects, such as Working Groups, Green Deals, and Communities of Practice. We design the process, facilitate meetings, and shape results. We also facilitate individual workshops, working conferences, exploratory studies, and other short-term projects. We produce publications and set up initiatives ourselves.
